Welcome to Devonshire Seniors Community, a premier Park Place residence nestled in Southwest Edmonton, Alberta. This supportive home is thoughtfully designed for seniors who can no longer live safely on their own. With a focus on safety and mobility, residents can move through each day with greater comfort and confidence.
Devonshire offers 118 private rooms and 7 shared companion suites, each comfortably appointed and equipped with air conditioning to ensure a pleasant environment year-round. Our entire community is walker accessible, with secure entry and exit points throughout the building.
We provide 132 designated care beds through Alberta Health Services (Edmonton Zone), and residents have access to full-time daily living and nursing care. We also offer specialized support for those living with Dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease.
With personalized care, cozy surroundings, and a kind, welcoming team, Devonshire is a place where seniors feel safe, supported, and truly at home.

At Devonshire Seniors Community, mealtime is about more than just nutrition, it’s about comfort, enjoyment, and connection. Our Food Services Manager, Brian Hamel, leads a dedicated kitchen team that prepares fresh, delicious meals each day with care and creativity.
Residents enjoy individual meal service in the dining room for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with menus featuring a variety of wholesome favourites, comforting classics, and seasonal specialties. Whether we’re serving BBQ ribs hot off the grill, maple-glazed salmon, or flavourful teriyaki paneer Thai salad, every dish is thoughtfully prepared to nourish and delight. Festive meals are served on holidays, and summer barbecues add something special to the warmer months. With every bite, we strive to make mealtime a moment to look forward to.

Suites include a private 3-piece bathroom to support safety, as well as individual air conditioning for personalized comfort. Every suite is equipped with an emergency alert system to help residents feel secure at all times.
